The database is one of the main outputs of the NAKI project. The front-end, organised into four concise and interconnected layers (objects, institutions, people, events), enables users to access materials and information originating from and concentrated within the research, sort them using filters, view them in the form of comprehensive medallions or on a map, and quantify them using statistical overviews, etc. The core of the database’s content consists of designs created at Stavoprojekt – housing estates or structures that were (not) realised, competitions, or type projects. The records are interlinked (e.g. type projects applied in housing estates or groups of buildings) and linked to the authors and institutions under whose auspices they were created. Events (conferences, training courses, etc.) also contribute to the socio-political and ideological perspective.
